FNB Premium consultant.

I would like to give a positive review on the EXCELLENT service I received from one specific FNB premium account consultant by the name of Sandile (didn't get his surname). He really answered all my questions in detail and he made some positive changes to my account because I was using a certain banking plan which charged me very high monthly fee and he gave me a few banking pointers, as well as how to improve my credit record. I have NEVER spoken to a bank consultant who has explained and helped me the way Sandile did. So I just want to say thank you Sandile, keep up the good work and I hope that you will continue to help other customers like me.
