FNB Premier - Yet More Broken Promises!!!

In response to FNB continually failing to uphold their SLA, Lerato Sebofe from FNB called to find out how she can assist to resolve the query. Explain to her (as it seems that with FNB you need to continually explain the problem before they can start to understand) the issue again and requested that she asks someone senior from the premier division to call. She called on Friday, 29-Aug-16 at 16h20 in relation to a complaint on their failure to meet their advertised turnaound times. Considering that it was so late on a Friday afternoon, I suggested that she get someone senior from premier to call me by latest Monday, 01-Aug-16. She confirmed that she understood the request and promised to have someone call me witin the timeline.

Guess what - As expected FNB NEVER called - seems they only good at making FALSE Promises and DO NOT have their Clients interest at heart . They make wonderful promises before the Clients sign-on but once their Clients have on-boarding they totally disregard their Clients and provide ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC service to their Clients.

Needless to say I'm not holdin my breath waiting for their call.
