FNB Premier - Unable to give reason for credit decline.

FNB Premier/ FNB app has offered me a fusion account as they have pre-approved me but every time I accept the offer is declined. Each time this offer is declined it shoes on record on my credit report. FNB is unable to provide a reason for it being declined and keeps transferring me from one department to another. Shockingly, one staff member wanted to try applying again to see if it rejects... which would record another credit check and further jeopardize my credit score.

@FNB Premier - could you please put me in touch with the right person at the right department who knows what they are talking about?
