FNB Premier Service/ Secure Chat service is a lie

<p>Reference number is Rp ********** 7182.</p> <p>I have laid an initial complaint on 7th July where I have spoken to a premier supervisor who managed my complaint. I was then told that an investigation will be done and I I will be contacted by the secure chat division supervisor. I was then contacted by the secure supervisor who after a lengthy argument of back and forth and my word against hers then said she will have to investigate the matter through the digital app department. I was promised feedback in a week. It has now been 2 weeks and 3 complaints later with no feedback or courtesy call at all.fnb premier service is a glorified lie and secure chat is useless. U have to wait hour in a queue and then 10min for a reply. Utterly ridiculous and exhausting from a faithful fnb user for 10years +. Dissatisfied, disappointing. FNB bad to worse.</p>
