FNB premier Service is pathetic
<p>for several months i have requested that no dedcutions should be made for a loan as a 3rd party shall do the payments. For over a uear FNB has deductd this money whereby i incurred huge banking fees even after setteling the loan they still deducted money! Sent several requests to FNB premier banking and had no resolution! After 20 years of banking with FNB i fimd this utterly sh****ing service unacceptable!! </p>

Thank you for the refund however i racked up over R3000 in banking charges due to several desuctions on an inactive account which i am still awaiting feedback on! You advertise premier banking 24/7 but never once has fnb taken the liberty to contact me and sirt this issue out which has been going on for almost a year now! This service is absolutely pathetic and i am not happy with the way that fnb has handled this at all!!
