FNB Premier promises broken one week into new account.

What extremely terrible service for a new client. I was offered a Premier account with promises of grandeur. I submitted my applications and was requested documentation which I sent. A Premier banker named Lucia Snyders contacted me stating I can just contact them for anything. I asked them to urgently check on my Credit Card application as I have not heard anything. This morning I was informed the application expired to my surprise! I phoned and asked them why. They informed me that documents were outstanding and according to them they notified me. I informed them this was not the case and that I have sent the documents through on the 30th of Oct. They declined now the reapplication. This after I was approved! The whole POINT of moving over to FNB was because I was offered the same benefits as my bank I was trying to leave. What utter nonsense is this type of attitude from a bank?
