FNB Premier - Pathetic Service

I wish I could rate is 0 stars, the service is pathetic...their consultants keep transferring to other departments after on hold for 20 mins! Have to explain the entire story to each person! Been trying to get a Premier Credit Card since 1 month now! Going around in circles! They open the account then close it, then say to send the docs then say that docs came in after the account was close, but you closed the account 1st!
