FNB PREMIER NOT RESPONDING

I am a FNB Premier customer, and have been struggling now for a week to get FNB to sort out my incorrect details on my credit card. I first opted for the live chats, but from experience I have learned that the people that deal with customers on the live chars are ill equipped for the task at hand.

I have sent 4 emails (the body of the emails again pasted above) to the resolution center as well as to FNB premier and have received NO RESPONSE!!! This is unacceptable. What do I pay R 259 for every month? To not get service and have to struggle to get a response??

Here are my emails, if you do not want to respond to them by normal means I will post them here and hope that I, as a customer, should be so lucky to receive a response:

EMAIL 1 on 08/01/2020:

Good day,

Could someone please assist me as the contact forum for this live chats are useless.

I updated my details over a year ago as I got married. I wanted new cards with my new surname, but was told that it will cost R 100 per card unless I wait for the cards to expire themselves for the new surname to be printed.

I decided that I will rather wait. I received my new cheque card after it expired last year September, and the details on the card was correct.

My credit card however expired at the end of December 2019, and they delivered the new card today but it does not have my new surname on.

Please advise as I want my cards to be correct and have on more than one occasion requested that the details are updated to ensure that my new cards are correct. Please also ensure that a new card is printed for me (credit card) with my correct surname on it. I will also not be paying R 100 to reprint because FNB failed to properly update details.

Regards / Groete

EMAIL 2 on 08/01/2020:

Good day,

Please see below supporting email from FNB on 5 December 2018 wherein it was confirmed that my details have been updated.

How is it then possible that my cards are printed with the wrong surname?

EMAIL 3 on 10/01/2020:

Good afternoon,

Urgently advise on the query as it remains unresolved.

Someone called me Wednesday afternoon as I was driving home, and requested the details on one of my cards to verify my identity. As I was driving on the high-way and my handbag is in the boot of my card, I could not give her the details. Very irritated (which I am also quite upset about) the lady said she will call me the next day.

It has now been 2 days and no one called me back.

I would like this attended to at soonest.

Regards / Groete

EMAIL 4 on 13/01/2020:

Good morning,

I refer to my emails of last week.

Please advise when I will be contacted to attend to the query?

I await your response hereto at soonest.

Regards / Groete,
