FNB Premier no way to contact

I am trying to get hold of a FNB Premier Banker, so I phoned the number supp**** on the FNB Site: *** the number goes over to an answering machine saying that the person that I am trying to reach is not available, I then went on to Internet Banking to the Secure Chat option, it then tells me to use the FNB App to go to Secure Chat, I did go into my FNB App and when I click on Secure Chat it goes to Security Alerts. So there is no way for me to speak to any banker. Why leave my money with people that cannot even be contacted?
