FNB Premier - No help whatsover.
On the 17th April I contacted FNB regarding a temporary overdraft at the preferential rate they offered. On the 18th of April I submitted the signed docs as requested and waited on a response. I was told 24 -48 hours turn around time. On the 23rd I contacted Premier Banking as 5 days had lapsed. They confirmed it will reflect by end of business. Contacted them on the 24th and they confirmed it will be loaded end of business. Contacted them on the 25th and they told me they now require a copy of my ID. 26th and Im told their system shows I am a citizen of Saudi Arabia and not South African!!! Clearly a error on their side. So its been 8 days and still no help. Four complaints and no response. 8 phone calls, 6 difference consultants and two credit managers and I still don't have a overdraft that was "offered" to me. I know have to go through all the trouble of moving my and my wifes bank accounts and homeloan to a different bank. What a inconvenience! 18 years of loyal banking counts for nothing!!
