FNB PREMIER - NO HELP AT ALL

Good day

My frustration with FNB Premier started on 2 August 2016 when I lodged a general enquiry regarding Passport applications at FNB. My case no: CAS-965477-L0G5Y6

Since 2 August I haven’t receive any feedback from FNB premier.

On 5 October 2016 I received a notification via the FNB cell phone App that my new cheque cards are ready for collection at Westgate Branch. I am not sure why it was send there. Since 2006 I have always received my cards from FNB Centurion Branch. So again I turned to my Premier banker for assistance asking if they can arrange for the cards to be send to Centurion Branch, because I have been staying in Centurion for the last 10 years. I have even FICA at FNB Centurion. My case no: CAS- ********** -V2T1R2. I only received the automated email stating my case no. and the turnaround time for the case. On 19 October 2016 I realised when once again I received the same notification regarding the card collection at Westgate that I still haven't receive any feedback on this. So I decided to email FNB Care. So on 19 October 2016 I emailed FNB care. I received the automated email with Case no ********** . On Monday 24 October is still haven’t receive any feedback so I phoned FNB Premier, the consultant informed me that I don’t have a specific premier banker assigned to my banking profile, but there was a Nadia and a Werner working on the case, and that she will ask Werner to return my call. The date today is 25 October 2016. It has been 24 hours after I made the call yesterday. It has already been 48 hours after I logged my case on Thursday 19 October, and I am not even going to start to count how many hours have passed since 5 October. Point is I am very unhappy with FNB support. False Advertising: "how can we help you" Till today I have not received any help from FNB
