FNB PREMIER IS THE WAY TO GO!!!

Have had several pleasant experiences when dealing with my team of bankers. Firstly they really are available 24/7 which is amazing. I have resolved queries at 2am and 11pm and there was always a friendly, knowledgeable consultant available to help me. Even when Wesbank (the car finance division of FNB) gave me the run around, my team of bankers took matters into their own hands and resolved the matter, basically over a weekend, while I had tried for about 2 weeks just to contact the correct department. A big thumbs up to FNB. Keep up the excellent service!!!
