FNB Premier Fusion Dont Qualify For Ebucks!

First and foremost, I am deeply saddened with FNB as I have been a loyal customer to them for many years. The reason for this disappointment is because of their ebucks system. I had just reopened my account a month back and when it came for me to earn ebucks the following month, they said I still dont qualify for ebucks. This was not true as I met all three criteria that was required being: 1. Login to online banking 2.Accounts in good standing 3.Deposit R16500 into bank account monthly By the way, I'm a FNB Premier Fusion Client. So I phoned ebucks up and they said the reason I dont qualify was due to not depositing the amount of R16500 a month which was utter nonsense! I am so frustrated with FNB as I had spent so much that month and did not get anything back in the end. Very poor service!
