FNB Premier Fusion, biggest **** ever!!

My bank card stopped working . I have been convinced by a consultant to change to the FNB Premier Fusion Account. Worst mistake ever!!! Credit card account was opened which I didn't want. Eventually collected my actual bank card from Mall of the South branch. So suddenly I receive and sms my new bank card was cancelled, without my authorization. No one can tell my why, it only show as lost or stole, which I have never reported!! Why should I have the stupid banking app to prove I am who I say I am to ask why my card has been ******, but FNB staff can log into my account and do as they please!!
