FNB PREMIER FALSE ADVERTISING - TEAM OF BANKERS ONLY A SWITCHBOARD

Every single time I contact the 'fnb premier team of bankers' for any query all they do is refer me to to a different department. I am paying more than R200 a month for a switch board and these 'bankers' are a joke and they should call it what it is - a switchboard! Today was the final straw, FNB website says and I quote "Premier and Private Clients can apply through their banker". I contact the 'premier team of bankers and you know what they tell me? I need to contact Wesbank :-D so actually no application is made through them. FALSE ADVERTISING
