FNB Premier Credit Card Interest Charge and Call centre issues

The issue I have had with FNB can be broken up into two aspects:

1. About 5 months ago, I realized that I was not receiving sms notifications of how much was the settlement amount for my credit card. I called FNB Premier and requested them to reset my settings for inContact messages, but still no sms was coming through to my cellphone. I requested them to reset the settings 2 times after and still the outstanding settlement sms was not being sent to me. It was a matter of time before this would come around to cause issues. The only indication I had was that I would have to wait for my credit card statement to come through and then based on that amount, settle the amount.

2. Last month I noticed that there was an interest charge on my account. I then called FNB Premier and requested a case be created to find why this amount was charged on my account. the banker said that she created the case and that she would let me know what the outcome was. Almost a month later trying to get hold of the banker (Candice Van Der Haar) I could not get hold of, not even through e-mails. Eventually after talking to numerous bankers (numerous because everytime you call FNB and you talk to someone and then they place you on hold, 4/6 times the call gets dropped and you then talk to a new banker, no issue of a return call, which is so annoying as you have explained the whole case with the one banker and then after holding for 5 - 20 minutes the call cuts), I called and queried the charge and the Premier banker said that the case was closed (no reason stated), and then trying to get hold of Candice Van Der Haar to get the reason why the case was closed, took another two to three days. Upon eventually getting hold of one banker that actually took a bit of initiative to follow through, she mentioned that Candice sent the reaosn for the case being closed to my Premier banker, who I have had no contact ever.

I am so fed up with the whole process that even now both issues have still not been resolved and I have no idea what the interest was charged for, with the call centre agents just using their understanding to explain to me that the amount which I did not settle (R146.79) was charged R90.70 interest which equates to (61% p.m or 741% p.a) as I settle the account on a monthly basis when I eventually receive the e-mail statement(as I do not receive the sms).
