FNB Premier Credit Card downgrade

<p>I requested the downgrade of my FNB Premier Credit Card to a FNB Gold Credit Card on 20 May 2017. The 14 working days have passed and I have received no feedback and my card is still in Premier. Needless to say this is effecting my ebucks earn because my Cheque Account was already downgraded to Gold on 18 May 2017 and my Premier Credit Card does not qualify as a stand alone.</p> <p>I need my Credit Card downgraded ASAP please. The next ebucks run has started today 2017/06/08. I do not want another month without any ebucks earned.</p>
