FNB Premier Credit Card allows ********** to take and take

I am a FNB Premier account holder. Today online transactions were **********ly processed from my credit card. I am talking about almost 8 thousand rands that disappeared in a space of less than one hour. I understand that ********** are all over, but what baffles me is the fact that FNB just allowed it. What is that OTP(one time pin) for? I called them, panicking, 20 minutes later I was told that sorry the money has left your account and it will 7 to 10 days for the investigation to be completed. We have cancelled your card so that the ***** dont continue. The painful part is that they actually know this Steamgames.com *****, the person told me that, it is an American playstation company! a number of clients have been de*****ed before. I just want to understand one thing, out of the 6 transactions, why did I only receive 2 OTP sms's? So 6 transactions were done, 2 OTP's sent, and 4 ********** transactions were succesful. If OTP's for all 6 transactions were sent, I wouldnt be typing this review. FNB allowed Steamgame to access my credit card and I am expected to pay? Ask yourself one question: Is your money safe with this FNB bank? Anyone can just transact using your credit card, and its fine, sorry!
