fnb premier consultants need more training

fnb premier consultants are absolutely clueless to the different types of accounts offered. There is a premier bundled cheque and credit card ac where if you over the age of 55 and maintain a balance of 10 000 in your cheque ac, the credit card fees as well as cheque card fees are waivered. my colleague has been trying for hours on end trying to upgrade to that package but got no joy as yet. My upgrade was done by Sales consultant : Andiswa Tini with the foll ref no : SI***. Can Andiswa or any other premier select consultant who is clued up about this, call me please. N Moosa ***

PS: Isnt there a simple way to contact a consultant with whom we have dealt with previously without going through complicated channels?????? I go through this stress and frustration every time I introduce anyone to fnb. It's very annoying.
