I have now been trying for the past 4 year to get assistance from FNB Premier Banking to get rid of Nedbank, every time I apply for credit with FNB I get an automatic decline without FNB Premier and the so called team of bankers doing ZERO to assist their previous Platinum now Premier client since December 2007 when I moved all my banking across from Standard Bank.
No attempt to get more information or gather any additional supporting documents
Yes I do as quoted from the FNB website "Expect more from your cheque account" at the expensive bank charges I a paying every month without fail!
How is it impossible that FNB cannot assist with consolidated loan for the past 4 years to help out a loyal customer, clearly 10 years of salaries do not count in the client's favour when it comes to FNB!
10 to 15% loan installment of Nett Salary is clearly way too according FNB to afford!!
