FNB Premier : CEO False Promises

It seems that FNB Premier would go to any lengths to provide unreliable and pathetic service. About three weeks ago, I had received a call from FNB Premier CEO Lynette Kloppers regarding their poor service offering, false adverts and pathetic service. Lynette professed that she was going to address the matter and even had a Simoene Mungal (spelling may be incorrect) call me to promise better service and work on improving the shortcomings. Lynette mentioned that I can call her on her cell phone anytime and she would address any shortcomings raised. Her words sounded very convincing and she seemed trustworthy. But now I realise it was just that - just words and empty promises.

I have called Lynette twice last week and even left voice mail for her on my first call. The second time I called the call was cut off after two rings (came across as she cut the call - she does have my number so it would not be difficult to identify the caller). I called her yesterday as well and also left another detailed voice-mail. Guess what - as yet I'm yet to have my calls returned by Lynette. Lynette also promised to forward her e-mail address and that yet to come through. It seems that her words of "Feel free to call whenever you have a problem" were just empty promises from her that she had no intention of fulfilling - it was just to calm the waters and then get forgotten. She even put me in touch with a Simone Mungal who at first seemed helpful and noticed the pathetic service they had rendered and claimed (falsely now - it seems) to be professional and improve their service delivery standards. Simone also mentioned that she is available to take my call. Guess what - I also call Simone twice last week and left voice-mails and have not heard from her ever since.

Maybe it's the policy and goal of FNB Premier to provide disgusting service - after all - if the CEO does not have the decency of returning calls and not providing e-mail address (after promising she would) then how can you expect the staff below her to have any standards to measure up against. I was upset at low level of service from FNB Premier but it's apparent now where it comes from - you cannot have a leader that preaches one set of rules but does the complete opposite.

Ever since I joined FNB Premier there was only one good experience with them - coincidentally after the call with Lynette and Simone but since then they sunk back to the poor service ethos.

The only good thing about FNB Premier is their ads ablbeit it's totally incorrect. If only they could live up to the standard of their ads and practice what the preach on their ads because from my experience they are nowhere near their ads.

Amazing - seems there is no bar low enough for FNB as the keep resetting the bar lower and lower. They respond with all the reference number, contact details and contact number omitted.
What Next!!!!!

By the way - got a call at 13h45 from someone from FNB whose name sounded like Moketi Makapo/Makago (he didn't speak in a decipherable manner and could not even hear him clearly - probably why FNB hired him :-)). Told him I was in a meeting and that he should call in 30 minutes at 14h15. Luckily I wasn't holding my breath since (as expected) the call did not come - come on this is FNB - they were not going to respond anyway or even if they did it will be over a week for urgent matters and you'll be lucky if they do ever return your call.
