FNB Premier Card - helpline is inefficient

I am absolutely disappointed with FNB premier CC - I called in to report *****ulent activity on my CC. I was passed onto the 4 different departments with no resolution. Been on the phone for more than an hour and no1 has been able to assist me - this exhaustive experience has been enough for me to close my account.
