FNB Premier banking - What a joke!
When you have premier banking i thought they provide you with assistance 247. However their systems are forever offline. I spoke to Dieketseng Makoko this morning and she told me that it will be up after 8am. How convenient, yet again! It seems like im paying extra for premier banking or nothing. All they demonstrate is customer avoidance and incompetence.... Really considering me and my family from FNB!!!!
