FNB Premier Banking Sucks - especially their Personal Bankers

FNB, why do I pay those massive monthly fees for Premier banking and I do not get the service.

I went through at least three agents on the chat, each time just be placed back into the queue. The question is even a hard one, "can you assist me with a settlement letter?" If not, what number must I phone?

I will be closing my accounts at the first opportunity I get.
