FNB Premier Banking is HELL

Hello Peter

This Morning when I was trying to transact on my accounts I noticed that my credit card was on hold. I then contacted FNB Premier Banking and spoke to Maropeng who put me through to Sumaya who ended up putting me through to Nomagugu and when Nomagugu could not help, she put me through to Gwen until the phone got cut off. When I contacted FNB again, I spoke to the white gentleman whom I forgot the name because of the frustration. I have been on the phone talking to FNB since 10H00 this Morning and the last call I made was at 12H39 and none of the people I have spoken to did help. It's frustrating how we (customers) suffer when in need of our own money and we cannot do anything because of FNB. FNB has put my accounts on Hold due to KYC( Fica documents) but the last time I provided FNB with my documents was in November 2018 when I app**** for credit card. How is it possible for FICA documents to be required in 4 months time? And if FNB needed these documents, was it hard for them to contact me and request these documents? Is this how FNB thank its loyal customers? I am very disappointed and frustrated and it's Month end, I need to transact.-(
