FNB Premier Banking is Bull !!!

<p>So the so called premier banking after hours simply puts you through to a call centre who has 5 lines to respond when you have an issue !!!</p> <p>A transaction went rhough on my account and the so called *&(&%$%^ premier banker (aka call center agent) is not able to assist me! what a load of hog wash !!!!!!! FNB is full of **** ! i want answers now !!!!!!!!! what the hell do I pay banking fees for and why the (&^ am I a premier banker if I do not get the service I pay for ???????????????</p> <p> </p> <p>I want answers now. I will NOT go silently !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! </p>
