FNB Premier Banking is a dirty ****!!!!
FNB Premier Banking is a ****!!! There are no 'team of private bankers' There is no 'chat' functionality (that would require someone to chat WITH) If by some miracle you managed to get hold of someone, they tell you to send an email, they won't even make a note for you. Then there is the app that forces facial reqognition on people without giving an option to refuse. There is the absolutely rediculuously bad app and ugly useless website.
I honestly have never been this disappointed with ANY commercial entity EVER. Even SABC is more pleasant to deal with
