FNB Premier Banking Division

On 28/02/2019 i paid R5500.00 into my credit card which was R3885.00 more than i actually had to pay.

On 04/03/2019 fnb took R1615.00 out of my savings account. I enquired about this with the premier banking team and they informed me it was my credt cards monthly premium. I then stated i did pay more than enough into my credit card. They told me i paid it to late it needs to be paid 5 days in advance which was fair enough.

I then enquired when this R1615.00 wil be in my credit card. The premier banker Werner Naude on 04/03/2019 sent me the following message:

Please accept my apologies for the delay.Kindly note that the debit order will unfortunately take up to 3 business working days to clear after which the funds will be made available on your credit card account. So it was suppose to clear 06/03/2019 according to Werner yet it still has not yet been cleared.

Contacted them again on 06/03/2019 where Peggy Thekiso sent me the following message: Good day ,A debit order for the credit card may take 3 to 5 working days to allocate to the credit card. Afterwards she also sent this: The payment may still clear by the end of the day.

So it was suppose to clear today yet again it did not.

Contacted them again today spoke to Kamo Malakoana who sent me the following message: I do apologise for the incorrect information. It may take up to 7 business days for a debit order to clear.

So spoke to 3 different people and each had a different story, the money is still not in my account and no one is dependable enough to be able to actually tell me when this will be in my account.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM FNB.

I have been with FNB more than 10 years now and this has been the absolute worst service i have ever received.

Your service is just getting worse and worse by the day!!!
