FNB Premier banking a joke

Fnb premier banking- an absolute joke. My personal loans have been settled and I have even sent proof of this to FNB . My account has been debited and I cannot get a single person to assist me with reversing this . 3 calls later another debit order has just gone off. It appears that one department doesn't communicate with the next. Highly disappointed and FNB will certainly be losing a once loyal customer !!!
