FNB Premier Banking

<p>Sent in a request to FNB Premier, received no response almost a week later. I've gotten used to this. The alternative is to call them and have your call cut a few time.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />Anyway, I needed assistance with a few things:</p> <p> </p> <p><br />1. My new bond reflects an incorrect address for the property</p> <p>2. I should receive a refund for the bond cancellation fee as I took up the "move your home but not your home loan option"</p> <p>3. I sold my property, and my bond debit order went off even though the bond had been paid up completely. So I should be due a refund. </p> <p>4. My bond needs to be an access bond to I can transfer funds in and out.</p> <p>5. I've been a premier client for about 2 years, and I still receive a "welcome to premier banking" email twice a week, encouraging me to contact the the contact centre via email, which they obviously won't respond to.</p> <p> </p> <p><br /> CAS- ********** -H2L0X3 </p> <p> </p> <p><br /> </p>

I was contacted once via phone, and was unable to take the call. I always insist that they contact me via email as I spend most of my day in meetings. I refuse to call them, as the call almost always disconnects.

In any case, some of the issues looks like it has been resolved, while others still remain.

So a month has passed and this is not resolved. There was only one remaining issue, they incorrect address for the property.

The consultant asked me to provide proof of address for the property, which I obviously don't have as I just bought the property. Im also unsure how FNB need proof of address on a property on which they currently hold the title deed. Crazy.

Anyway, last I heard from was when I asked the consultant to please escalate to management which never happened.

So it's about a month and countingfor this simple issue.

And again, I don't know if you have tried calling me, best form of communication for me is email. I wish should could note that on my profile.
