It's a shame when you delivery courier service don't follow your protocols.

I've ordered a card via the app. When I accepted terms and conditions stated that a courier will notify you a day before delivery date.

Boom Monday morning they sent SMS notifying that they are delivering today.

Then I called courier services to notify you of that I'm not around and told them that, they were supposed to be notified me 24hrs prior to the delivery. The lady was rude and hang out on me. Is there a system that rate them.

I'm from hospitality background it's inappropriate not to follow policies and just hang out is just rude.
