FNB PREMEIR DEPT IS HORRIBLE!!!
FNB Premier service dept is horrible, things are never done on time, I am very annoyed. The live chat that you have access to, the charts are never responded to quickly and the chat system is horrible. I regret moving from gold to premier, Life is better on the Gold side the the premier. Its also very expensive for nothing. I am regretting this decision I made. Payments never appear in time
