FNB Prejudiced on Loan Application

I am extremely disappointed with the way FNB is unable to update their database, which results in adverse credit rating for future financing and obtaining credit. I have fully settled all my credit cards and loans with them, the reference numbers are below, and today these accounts still shows as not settled. This is impacting me adversely because I cannot obtain any credit with FNB. All my home loan and car applications are being rejected , saying that I still owe them. This is really unfair and for an institution of this size, one would expect that their records are updated and reflects true picture of affairs. I have requested letters of settlements for these accounts and to date haven't received any correspondence.

I would like this resolved as soon as possible and not to be prejudiced because of old past debt that has been given , and be given settlement letters please.
