FNB PREJUDICED AND DECLINED BY LOAN BASED ON FICTIOUS REASONS

I have been a customer of FNB since I was 21, I am now 43. A bond originator app**** for a bond through FNB Private Clients and they declined based the following reasons:

1. One or more of the applicants has an arrears status on their FirstRand credit card/s 2. According to the FirstRand Group of companies, one or more of the applicants' accounts has been conducted in an unsatisfactory manner. 3. According to the FirstRand Group of companies, one or more of the applicants' accounts has been conducted in an unsatisfactory manner.

If your application has been declined due to an adverse listing against your name,

NONE OF THE ABOVE IS TRUE. I WENT INTO A BRANCH REQUESTING PROOF OF THE ABOVE REASONS TENDERED. NOBODY CAME BACK TO ME. FNB, HAS PLACED DEFAMATORY STATEMENTS IN A LETTER AND HAVE NOT SUBSTANTIATED THEM AT ALL. THE CREDIT BUREAUS BEAR NO BACKING TO THESE CLAIMS. I WANT THEM CLARIFIED OR I AM TAKING THIS TO THE NCA AND BANKING OMBUDS AND NEWSPAPER.
