FNB Pre paid Electricity

half of South Africa uses pre paid electricity, I used to be able to purchase pre paid vouchers via my App for over 2 years- it stopped working 2 months ago, I’ve called FNB several times and spoke to people via the “app” , a complete waste of my time. The consultant who didn’t care to check if I’ve ever used the service , instead told me I should go and register at the municipality. The consultants name was Eugenie from digital banking support. FNB’s service had just deteriorated- people are untrained and not helpful. Please FNB, all other banks can use buy electricity via the app, I eventually ended up buying my electricity via standard bank with my partners account and it works!
