FNB PRE-APPROVED LOAN **** ON BANK CHARGES FOR A LOAN THAT DOES NOT EXIST!

I got pre-approved for a revolving loan that I finally decided to accept months later. When I accepted it I was asked to pay inception fees even though the loan was never paid into my account or made available. I have logged a request with my private banker who is non-existent and does not even respond to messages sent. And then someone random will pick on the email request/complaint and respond but no resolution given. 3months later I get money deducted from my account for a revolving loan that does NOT EXIST! I have been ****MED to date over R500 on unjust charges. No one can tell me what the issue is but the are bold enough to continue taking my money in the name of charges. I do not care how little that money might seem to them it is mine nonetheless and this is a matter of principle, which this ******* of bank. I will keep reversing it until they get their act together. FNB CANCEL THIS ACCOUNT!
