FNB - POWERBALL, LOTTO AND DAILY LOTTO WINNINGS NOT PAID FOR WINNING PURCHASES

This relates to communication regarding Powerball/ Lotto & Daily Lotto purchases via the FNB App. I purchased Powerball, Lotto & Daily lotto via the FNB app on 06/05/25. According to the results my total winnings should be around R65. I have never received any text or communication via the app and mail as per normal or any or the winnings paid to my account. This is not the first time this has happened I did speak to a consultant via the message portal and was told the winnings and communications does not come from them.

I had to send and email to FNB Care for assistance.

I would caution patrons using the app to buy Powerball, Lotto....they could be robbing us and we dont know.....its small amounts but imagine if its a million people people loosing out
