FNB POSSIBLY COMPROMISING CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS

I am livid with anger. On 11 Aug 2016 my wallet was ****** in Checkers. Before I realised that the person pushing me, took my wallet, my and my husbands FNB accounts was drawn empty. We immediately logged a ***** case because these people used a PIN to withdraw the money and managed to go above the daily limit. There is no way my PIN was known to them. And how the he'll did they go above the daily limit? My only conclusion is an inside job. The bank took 19 days to tell me they will not reimburse me because my pin was used . So what? Did I ***** my own money? I will most certainly go to another bank and tell everyone I can about this.
