FNB portside NO SERVICE

FNB portside is supposed to be a "show off" branch in Cape Town, yet the service is amongst the worst I have experienced (if there is even service). There is a single teller and a single forex teller. I ordered forex online for collection at Portside. I took a ticket at 10:10 and left the branch just before 11 as I was still not assisted for the collection. I asked for the branch manager and she didn't even arrive until I went hunting for her. I just moved to private client which I am now displeased about and should probably take my business to ABSA.
