FNB Portside Greenpoint , Now THAT is how a bank should be run.

After pulling our hair out re home affairs ( how is it allowed to be run so badly ?) eventually we were advised to go to FNB Portside branch in green point , as we got there we were greeted by an amazing woman called Melanie , She fell over backwards trying to assist us with our online application , nothing was too much for her , She even helped other customers whilst she was assisting us , never allowing anyone to wait without service. I am blown away by this Lady , she deserves all the praise in the world
