FNB Porting Out Impossible !!!
I have been trying to port out of FNB connect back to Vodacom for the past months now and the port just doesn't go through .
Vodacom has approved the port and I have bought a new SIM . Still my FNB connect SIM is active and not ported over yet ?
This is really unacceptable . I use to be employed at FNB and never experienced such bas customer service.
It seems to always be a blame game .
Did some research as well and it seems that multiple people have not been able to port out of FNB so I am not the only one .
Please ensure that number is ported back to Vodacom or I will terminate all my products and services with FNB and take them else where .
