FNB Porting Fail

I went to port my number from Vodacom to FNB, they said it didnt go through after numerous tries, so i said its okay and left, then i started receiving SMS's saying its in the process of being ported. So i went back and informed them of it. they phoned and they said it has been cancelled. So i left and bought Vodacom vouchers (R149 Data adn R275 airtime) as i was going to stick to them rather. In the evening i got another sms saying the number will be ported between 19:30 and 23:00). at about 20:00 my vodacom service went away and I'm stuck without a number and also without a FNB sim. i live in Alberton so this morning i drove back to Vaal Mall to inform them, so they dont know how to handle it and then issue me with a FNb simcard and said they have ported it. I havent received a sms or anything saying it will be ported. I'm a sales rep so very dependend on my phone. Extremely poor service and properly the worst consumer experience of my life. Still not sure whether i am going to be able to keep my old number as i have no clue whether it has been done right or not?ad

v

V

aV

Vodacom Porting Fail I went to port my number from Vodacom to FNB, they said it didnt go through after numerous tries, so i said its okay and left, then i started receiving SMS's saying its in the process of being ported.
