FNB - POPI Breach and ********* business practices

FNB refused to offer me a competitive interest rate on my home loan. I requested a bond switch at the end of June 2022. They lost my original title deed and as of the beginning of November the switch has still not been completed, their attorneys also messed up the bond switch application through the deeds office and have disclosed my personal identification number in print media without my written consent and have made me privy to identity theft. Their complaints department have done no additional follow-up and even attempted to expedite this matter brought about due to their incompetence and lack of professionalism and ethics.
