FNB poorest service

I'm struggling now for more than a month with Ficadocks from FNB. For no reason they blocked my accounts. I've been sending them all documents as requested to fix this issue with no luck. I don't have access to the accounts to transfer my monies to my debit order accounts for them to go off. No FNB is keeping me liable for all the debit order charges and making my name bad in the same time. I am tired of asking nicely and begging them for feedback. They have the poorest service. The moment I can get this issue sorted I will take my business to another bank.
