FNB Poor turn around time

I logged an ATM dispute in October 2023 REF : *** to date my incident has not been attended to. I follow up on a weekly basis and the response that I get is that there have a back log and they will attend to my matter. Months has passed by I still have not been attended to. This is really not ACCEPTABLE
