Fnb poor sickening service

My name is George Evans...id *** cell nr ***.....I tried calling fnb to assist me with a letter more than ones i finally got a consultant and i was promise to get the letter after 7 days i still haven't recieved the letter today i called again holding the call i was placed onhold till the call dropped twice. The service of fnb is a disgrace its stinks it makes u sick its like the covid virus...
