Fnb poor services online payment reversal

I paid R1556 on traffic department online when I go to traffic department to collect my car disc they said they did not receive R1556 that I paid online.. they chargerd me R1050 again to renew my car disc.and they told me that I must call my bank to reverse the money.i did call the bank and they send me a form to fill and send it back ... I did fill the form and send it to fnb along with proof of second payment. Even today I'm still waiting Fnb does not have good customer service at all...I want to close down my account and move to other bank due to poor service I get from fnb.

Anyone who read this just know that fnb does not care about customers especially if you black They only help white people....but we as black no help
