FNB POOR SERVICE WITH CREDIT CARD APPLICATION

I app**** for a credit card through FNB on the 14th of March 2022, submitted all required documents and have followed up 4 times telephonically each consultant has given me a different story. Over promise and under deliver!!! When I did the application I was told that the funds would be available within 5 working days. The application is apparently in still in process... and all they need to do is loan a limit... FNB I urgently need access to the funds that were approved on the 14th of March already!!!!!!!!!!!
