FNB Poor Service (Share build)

The FNB share build department have been giving me a had time. I am charged money monthly to maintain this share build account that i have cancelled many times and even agreed to donate the shares sitting in that account since they said i cant sell them.

There is nothing i have not done, i have called them, they sent me an email that i must reply that i agree to donate my shares and close the account i did so but account is still active to date. Note that this is my 3rd attempt to close this so called share build account.
