Fnb Poor service home loans

I am with Fnb for all my life always pay on time got 2 business running through them plus my personal account. I wanted a small home loan of R330000 however i get declined due to affordability’s which I obviously can afford. I will definitely be moving my businesses plus my personal account to a different provider as I am loyal customer for so long banking with fnb. I also didnt get any response from them throughout my application. This is not how a client should be treated.
